Thanks to Pat and the team, and especially to the great audience, at Carlson’s for a great time on Saturday the 10th! We had a great time, and send a big “thank you” to everybody for helping make it a birthday celebration full of laughs and smiles.
The clouds melted away and produced a beautiful sunset as a backdrop to a great evening of rock & roll. We also had an opportunity to sample some of The Barn’s new food and drink offerings: The pizzas with razor-thin apple slices were a great introduction of Carlson’s signature apples into the culinary offerings, and the minty Cider Mojito was the perfect accompaniment!
Also a big shout out to Jon Schmidt, our guest musician for the evening. We’ve been performing with Jon since before he was a teenager, and it was fantastic to play with him for the first time since he graduated from UMass Amherst. Jon will be Gardener Middle School’s new band director this autumn – Congratulations Jon!!
